I'm watching Conan last night (of course) and its a re-run with Slyvester Stallone. There's nothing else on, so I decide to watch the Sly interview. And man, I had forgotten how much I actually enjoyed Slyvester Stallone! His performances in all the Rocky movies are great, and whenever I catch First Blood on TV his monologue at the end always kills me.
I want him back. In good movies. Another actor I've wanted to have make a comeback is Kurt Russell. The list of movies I've loved him in is about as long as my arm, mostly the stuff he did with Carpenter. He's such a charming performer, and there is I believe a dearth of actual manly men in cinema today. So, if either Kurt or Sly is reading this right now, I am volunteering to read your scripts for you. I'll weed out all the Rhinestones and Captain Rons and leave you only with the Cop Lands and Tombstones. |

How about the original (and so far, best) Batman, Michael Keaton?

Keaton would be great to have back. He especially needs to play some more crazy people.

I miss Tim Curry being either evil or funny or both.

I really like the guy who played the president in Independence Day, although I can not recall his shoot name. I thought that he played an excellent president... and although I never actually catch the show, on the subject of presidents, Martin Sheen plays an excellent president in the 'West Wing'.

EDIT: His name is Bill Pullman. The Internet Movie Database has lots of good information about movies.

Well, he probably sucks now, but Dirty Work was the movie I kept watching throughout middle school. Plus he's completely unlikable, something I can relate to.

Greg Evigan, dammit. Where is Greg Evigan?!
And Amy Jo Johnson, too, of course. |

I heard David Hasselhoff has a big role in a future Adam Sandler movie.
I saw Michael Keaton in White Noise and it was forgettable and disappointing. Finally, I'll see your Amy Jo Johnson and raise you a Lark Voorhees. ![]() |
